QR codes are inherently accessible: anyone with a scanning device can access the content or destination linked to a code. By using Paperlink you acknowledge that any content or link you associate with a QR code may be accessed by third parties without restriction.

You are solely responsible for all content, links, and destinations you create, upload, or link through the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to use and distribute such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
